2. Educational Use Only

ForTheWards provides simulation-based medical education for training purposes only.

• All scenarios are fictional and do not represent real patients
• Platform content does not constitute medical advice or clinical guidance
• Users must follow their institution's protocols for actual patient care
• AI feedback is for educational purposes and should not replace clinical judgment

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• All activities that occur under their account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and current information

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
• Share content or credentials with non-authorized users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Use automated systems to scrape or download content

5. Intellectual Property

All content, scenarios, AI models, and materials on ForTheWards are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Users assume all risks associated with use of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

ForTheWards and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or educational outcomes.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Non-payment by your institution
• Abusive or fraudulent behavior
• At your institution's request

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Honolulu County, Hawaii.
